I need help with sizing
We try and be as accurate as possible in the description of each garment. If you require further measurements or assistance, check our sizing guide here or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How long does shipping take? Do you ship overseas?
If you place your order before 2pm and are based around the main cities in New Zealand, 99% of the time your order should overnight. Please allow an extra day if you have a rural address. For our Australian customers, if you place your order before 12pm and are based around the main suburbs, your order will arrive overnight too. Winning!

Can i return sale items?
Yes! For an exchange or credit note to the same value only. We currently are unable to refund items on sale. Please contact us within 7 days of your original order date to enquire about your return.
Do you have a store to try things on?
No sorry. We’re based online only at the moment. We sometimes run from pop up stores where we welcome you all to come see and try things on. To see our next pop up shop locations and dates please see here.
What if i need to cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cancel any orders. If you are needing to update any information on your shipment, please contact us right away and we will try and amend your changes before it is dispatched.
Orders with incomplete shipping details may take a little longer to arrive. If you need to update your shipping details, please let us know asap.
My package still hasn’t arrived
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of shipping. In the odd case, your package may be delayed by 1-2 days. If your order hasn’t arrived outside our delivery times, email us at email@example.com and we will help locate your parcel for you. Please allow 1-2 working days before enquiring.
I ordered an item on pre order. When can I expect to receive this?
Estimated delivery dates of items on pre order can be found on the product page of your purchased item. We will notify you via e-mail once it is on it’s way!
How can I check the status of my order?
You can log in to your account at anytime to track the progress of your order.
Please provide me with information to care for my new items!
Each piece is unique and some may need slightly more care than others. Best instructions to care for your new garment will be on the inside of your garment. We recommend to read and follow these to maintain the quality of your item.
